1. Services Provided Spearhead Property Services provides exterior property services including, but not limited to, lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor construction services. All services are subject to availability and may require an in-person estimate before final pricing is provided.

2. Estimates & Pricing All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change due to: Site conditions Material availability Changes in scope requested by the client Estimates are valid for 7–14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling Scheduled services are based on availability and weather conditions. Spearhead Property Services reserves the right to adjust scheduling due to: Weather delays Equipment issues Safety concerns

4. Payments Payment terms will be outlined in each proposal or invoice. Payment may be required: Upfront (for deposits or materials) Upon completion According to agreed milestones Late payments may be subject to fees.

5. Cancellations Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Communication (Calls, Texts, AI Receptionist) By contacting Spearhead Property Services, you agree to receive: Phone calls Text messages (SMS) Emails These communications may be handled by automated systems or an AI receptionist for scheduling and customer service purposes. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying “STOP”.

7. Liability Spearhead Property Services is not responsible for: Pre-existing site conditions Underground utilities not properly marked Damage caused by undisclosed hazards

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
